WHEATON, Ill., June 18, 2026--First Trust Senior Floating Rate Income Fund II (the "Fund") (NYSE: FCT) has decreased its regularly scheduled monthly common share distribution to $0.0813 per share from $0.097 per share. The distribution will be payable on July 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2026. The ex-dividend date is expected to be July 1, 2026.
