FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 03, 2026--BBX Capital, Inc. (OTCID: BBXIA; BBXIB) (the "Company") announced today that it intends to commence a cash tender offer to purchase up to 3,500,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock in the aggregate at a purchase price of $4.00 per share.
