PharmaDrug Announces Debt Restructuring
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 31, 2025) - PharmaDrug Inc. (CSE: PHRX) (OTC Pink: LMLLF) ("PharmaDrug" or the "Company"), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development and commercialization of natural medicines is pleased to announce that it has agreed to issue $445,686 principal amount of secured convertible debentures to two current holders of the Company's secured convertible debentures that were past their maturity date. Each Debenture will mature on October 13, 2026 and will be convertible into common shares at a price of $0.05 (subject to adjustment).
