GREENWICH, Conn. & BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atlas Holdings (“Atlas”) today completed the previously announced acquisition of The ODP Corporation (“ODP” or the “Company”), a leading provider of products, services and technology solutions to businesses and consumers, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1 billion.
