TKB’s shareholders also approved a corresponding amendment to the Company’s Investment Management Trust Agreement. The Extension was approved by approximately 99% of the votes cast at the meeting, representing approximately 82% of TKB’s outstanding shares.

Any units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market (the “Nasdaq”) under the symbol “USCTU,” and the separated Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols “USCT” and “USCTW,” respectively.
