(Nasdaq: ADAM) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $90 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.600% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $13.5 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes to cover over-allotments.
