Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II Will Redeem Its Public Shares and Will Not Consummate an Initial Business Combination
NEW YORK, Nov. 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II (NYSE: APGB) (the “Company”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that it will liquidate and dissolve the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s fourth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, as amended (the “Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association”). Accordingly, the Company will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.00025 (the “public shares”), effective as of November 28, 2023.
