OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on October 15, 2025 in recognition of the bank's 43rd year in business, declared special cash dividend of $0.43 per share in lieu of the normal quarterly dividend, payable on December 30, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on December 3, 2025.
