Company profile

SGVT is designed for investors seeking cash management options with the convenience of exchange trading. Although unlike traditional money market funds that maintain a stable $1 share price, SGVT will have a fluctuating NAV based on market values, representing a different approach than money market funds. The fund will invest in U.S. government securities such as Treasury bills, notes and obligations issued by government agencies, and/or fully collateralized repurchase agreements. The funds objective is to seek the highest current income with stability of capital and liquidity.
