BAMY is an actively managed fund-of-funds that targets income-producing investments. The fund invests indirectly in dividend-paying securities, preferred stocks, junk bonds, and other fixed income securities through underlying funds, including closed-end funds, unaffiliated ETFs, as well as ETFs that utilize put and call options. The adviser uses both proprietary and third-party research to make investment decisions. The underlying funds are selected based on their strategy, management style, yield or distribution, expense ratio, and liquidity.
