Bluerock Homes Trust, Inc. (NYSE American: BHM) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a new plan for the repurchase of up to $10.0 million of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock (the "Class A Common Stock"). The repurchase plan will commence on March 1, 2026, and will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") and subject to Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act.
