Hamilton, Bermuda, September 24, 2026 — Golar LNG Limited (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GLNG) today announced the pricing of a private offering (the “Offering”) of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”).
