CHICAGO, January 12, 2026--The reorganizations of Nuveen California Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXC) and Nuveen New York Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXN) into Nuveen Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio (NYSE: NXP) were successfully completed prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on January 12, 2026.

NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) is structurally shifting toward higher-value automotive and industrial content, driving long-term compounding growth beyond cyclical unit volumes. NXPI exited FY25 with normalized inventory and a revenue base increasingly weighted toward automotive and industrial, positioning for high-single-digit growth from FY26 onward.
