SOAR AI Secures Up to $1 Billion Equity Facility to Fund Expansion of Its AI Infrastructure Platform
NORTH CANTON, Ohio, October 12, 2026--Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR), which is in the process of rebranding as SOAR AI, Inc. ("SOAR AI" or the "Company"), today announced that it has entered into a common stock purchase agreement with an institutional investor (the "Investor") for an equity facility of up to $1 billion. The Company may sell shares to the Investor from time to time, at its sole discretion, and has no obligation to sell any shares or to use the facility at all.
