CR-001 is a new molecular entity designed to replicate the functional properties of ivonescimab, a cooperative bispecific anti-PD-1/anti-VEGF antibody in development by Akeso Biopharma and Summit Therapeutics that delivered improved efficacy in a head-to-head Phase 3 clinical trial versus Keytruda in non-small cell lung cancer. Crescent is advancing its second and third programs, CR-002 and CR-003, which are antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) against validated oncology targets.
